MSHA/OSHA/DOT COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS

As mandated under MSHA/OSHA/DOT rules and regulations, TSC, Inc. will provide the following services to each client, ensuring all required compliance programs are attained. Also TSC, Inc. will provide consultation and services in any of TSC, Inc.’s additional programs that may be needed to meet the mandatory requirements of additional services.


TIPTON SAFETY & COMPLIANCE, INC. SERVICES

 

• Provide a formal Hazard Communications written program and employee training in accordance with MSHA/OSHA standards
   

• Provide a HAZMAT Security Plan in accordance with DOT Standards
   

• Provide a Lockout/Tagout written program and employee training in accordance with MSHA/OSHA standards
   

• Provide a Bloodborne Pathogens written program and employee training in accordance with MSHA/OSHA standards
   

• Provide an MSHA/OSHA Standards Program specific to individual company regulations
   

• Provide a Train-the-Trainer program for in-house supervision
   

• Provide training for Train-the-Trainer by an MSHA/OSHA qualified instructor
   

• Provide a Safety Development Program for safety meeting requirements
   

• Provide an Accident Investigation Program
   

• Provide employee training records and employee tracking reports
   

• Update all required written programs and employee training requirements on a quarterly basis
   

• Provide on-site inspections by a certified MSHA/OSHA inspector on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis to address any physical concerns of the facility
   

• Provide a Powered Industrial Truck/Wheeled Track Loader Instructor Program
   

• Provide certifications in CPR, First Aid, Respirator, Confined Space, Trenching & Shoring, Flagging, Traffic Control, Crane & Derrick Operator, Crane & Derrick Rigging, Crane & Derrick Inspector and OQ2.
